I took Kensie and Landen to a Pool party this past weekend and we had a blast. It was the best pool for kids. There was a little shallow part for the little ones complete with umbrella for shade. There was also a waterfall and water slide. Kensie made new friends and they were all over the pool playing sharks and minnows, and those rings that sink and you have to dive to get them. Landen let Kensie take him out a little deep for just a few minutes then the bottom lip came out.
Landen was not to excited about being in the big part of the pool but loved playing in the shallow side. Little Iva was all over with a pair of floaties so we let Landen try some too. However, he was not interested in floating around. He liked his feet on the bottom! Kensie helped with the pinata and Landen laughed like crazy when they hit it. After cake we finally went home and Landen crashed hard. It was a very fun afternoon.
